Artisian Fair Booth

Reserve a booth at our popular Artisian Fair. Think of it as a relaxing and creative atmosphere for our fellow tower residents, where they can shop and enjoy a treat and a coffee. We have space available for both indoor and outdoor booths but first we need to know a little bit about your event. After you fill up this form you will be contacted by our staff.

Public Events

Perfect for Poetry Readings, Music, Comedy, Theater, Opera, Choral Music, Dance. Upon availability, $30 refundable deposit will be left with our staff to ensure reservation, and shall be refunded after the event. Renter shall take responsibility for the public event by making sure all attendees purchase food/beverages from our establishment. If a cover charge is taken at the door, half of the cover charge, or a percentage mutually agreed upon by both parties, shall be given to Mia Cuppa Caffe'.

Private Events

Perfect for Wine-tasting, Banquets, Fundraisers, Bridal/Baby Showers, Pop-up Dinners, Recitals, Seminars and business meetings, Youth Group Meetings, Christmas Parties, Office Parties. Upon availability, half of fee will be paid, the second half on the day of the event. Week-day/night (Tues-Thurs) private events: $65/hr, $150 for 4 hours, $50/ each additional hour Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)private events: $75/hr, $250 for 4 hours, $50/each additional hour Please let us know in advance if guests wish to purchase food or drinks from us. We also can provide catering.
